Challenges faced by the Client

The problem statement of the Client is that they validate the NACH document manually. The time taken to complete this process was longer and the number of documents validated were less. This activity had a lot of data points which had to be extracted and validated which led to multiple errors due to human intervention. The second process is OSV. Here, the team manually scrutinized and approved all the documents right from the photo id. So operationally, the Client had lot of improvements in this process by using the digital automation solutions to reduce the time taken for validation and verification.
